Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FOCUS purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return Contact us at focus.orignal@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
